We advise booking early for peak periods, especially school holidays.  The Broads are especially stunning in Spring and Autumn – book now, and remember to bring a camera to capture those beautiful views of wildlife and nature along the river and canal – yes, we have otters and kingfishers, as well as the herons, coots and grebes the cottages were named after, and the swans, ducks and geese who will flock to the site to be fed.

Heated Indoor Pool

Use of our private indoor heated pool complex is included free of charge. The pool complex is exclusively for use by residents.

Rowing Dinghy

Moored up on your private river frontage is the complimentary Rowing Boat,  with buoyancy aids recommended and provided free of charge.  Canoes and motor boats are also available to hire.

Heating & Electricity

Electricity is included, with oil fired central heating being provided from 1st October until 30th April.  Additional heating is available if required operated by £1 coin meters.  The laundry and sauna are also operated by £1 coin meters.

Bed Linen & Duvets

Full sets of bed linen are provided including duvets – please advise us of any allergies.
